Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A civil servant must have the form signed by their manager.

The profile they look for:
- Culinary technical knowledge, mastery level.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety law, mastery level.
- Ability to apply regulations, mastery level.
- Ability to organise yourself and work in a team.
- Good people skills and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply on the employer's website linked from the offer. Attach the completed, dated and signed mobility form, downloaded from the Interior Ministry website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work cycle of 38 hours per week over 5 days, with a schedule between 5:30 and 22:00.
- Weekends, public holidays and overtime may be required.
- Long periods standing, lifting loads, frequent heat or cold.
- Leave: 27 days of annual leave and 16 RTT days.
