The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and table service techniques.
- Master the equipment used in the job and stock management.
- Adapt well to change (expert level).
- Organise your work and meet the prefect's cooking needs.
- Work well in a team and communicate well.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Submit your application on the Ministry of the Interior mobility platform, with the single form. Without this submission, your application will not be considered.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- High availability required, as working hours often change.
- Post open to particular working constraints.
- Discretion required.
