Diploma: CAP, BEP or bac pro in cooking or catering, or two years of similar experience
Experience: Beginners accepted. Two years of group catering experience also accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Basic catering diploma (CAP, BEP, bac pro) or two years of similar experience.
- Skills in large-quantity food preparation.
- Follows HACCP hygiene and food safety rules.
- Organised, rigorous, able to follow procedures.
- Able to work in a team, sometimes under pressure.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
