Open to civil servants (permanent, transfer or secondment) and contract staff. A physical and medical fitness assessment is required.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP Cuisine
Experience: At least 6 months in cooking
The profile they look for:
- CAP Cuisine (vocational cooking certificate).
- At least 6 months of cooking experience.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules and collective catering equipment.
- Knowledge of the health control plan and food defence rules.
- Good team spirit, organised and methodical.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer

- No remote work. Continuous daytime shifts, with possible weekend and public holiday work.
- Long periods standing, heavy lifting, exposure to hot and cold.
- Personal protective equipment provided.
- May be asked to work at other catering units in the Rennes area.
