Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking, or equivalent
Experience: Experience producing meals, mentioned in the working conditions.
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in cooking, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques for group catering.
- Follows hygiene and safety rules (HACCP method).
- Basic stock management skills.
- Able to work in a team and on your own.
- Available for variable working hours.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
