Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience.
The profile they look for:
- Work well in a team.
- Manage quiet and busy periods.
- Pay attention to detail despite large volumes.
- Know the basics of traditional cooking.
- Balance flavours and create or adapt recipes.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 19 (Closes in 17 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the employer, quoting the reference given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- No management role.
- Grades open: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd class and 1st class.
