Civil servants are the priority (transfer, secondment, aptitude list). A person who is not a civil servant can also be hired as a contract worker, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and cooking techniques
- Know the HACCP method and food hygiene
- Know the rules of balanced nutrition
- Be able to organise your work to a schedule
- Be a good team player
- Be reactive and have good interpersonal skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
