Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master food production techniques for collective catering.
- Know and apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Organise your work from the schedule and instructions.
- Be a team player, autonomous and reactive.
- Have basic knowledge of stock management.
- Use correct lifting and handling postures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 5 (Closes in 36 days)
Apply on the employer's website (iledefrance.fr, Offres d'emploi section) and quote the offer reference. You can also read the full offer on the official Choisir le Service Public site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
