Local government civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP cooking, BEP cooking or bac pro catering, or a higher diploma
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in cooking, or bac pro in catering, or a higher diploma.
- Solid training in traditional and collective cooking.
- Know and follow hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Master cooking techniques and cleaning techniques.
- Be rigorous and independent, with a good sense of organisation.
- Work well in a team and suggest new recipes.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
