Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of adjoint technique and adjoint technique principal, including those in teaching institutions. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Level 3 qualification or diploma in cooking
The profile they look for:
- Diploma at level 3 in cooking
- Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection and safety
- Cooking techniques
- Methodical organisation and time management
- Rigour and ability to work in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
