Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open at the adjoint technique grades. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applied successfully. No competitive exam is needed for this entry grade.

Diploma: CAP, BEP or bac pro in cooking
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or bac pro in cooking.
- Knowledge of batch cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of storage and use of food products.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Ability to work independently and be versatile.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
