Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Holds a CAP cooking, BEP cooking or bac pro catering diploma, or a higher diploma.
- Solid training in traditional and collective cooking.
- Knows hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Can read and apply technical sheets.
- Organised, rigorous and able to work in a team.
- Committed to public service values.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
