The job is open to civil servants and contract agents. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP cook, BEP cooking or bac pro in catering (or higher diploma)
Experience: At least 5 years in traditional and collective cooking
The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP cook diploma, a BEP cooking diploma or a bac pro in catering.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in traditional and collective cooking.
- Know and apply hygiene rules, including the HACCP method.
- Be able to lead, train and motivate a kitchen team.
- Be rigorous, independent and well organised.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
