Civil servants and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded. The post is open at the grade of adjoint technique principal de 1ère classe.

Experience: Experienced profile, with experience in collective catering.
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the HACCP method and the sanitary control plan.
- Skill in collective catering cooking with cold chain.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques for mass catering.
- Good people skills, punctuality and organisation.
- Public service mindset and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Hours Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 13:30, can change depending on the service.
- Possible replacement shifts at the care home, from 9:00 to 14:00 or 16:00 to 20:00.
- Long periods standing and lifting loads.
