Experience: One or two years of batch cooking is appreciated
The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP cook vocational certificate.
- Know the HACCP method and food hygiene rules.
- Know the nutritional needs of older people.
- Show initiative and independence.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Use computer tools to manage stock.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
