Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP, BEP or vocational bac in collective catering cooking
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or vocational bac in collective catering cooking.
- Knowledge of collective catering techniques, including for older people's care.
- Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to organise and carry out several tasks at once.
- Team spirit, rigour and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
