Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly for this category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: A CAP/BEP in catering is wished for, but not required.
Experience: Experience in collective catering is wished for.
The profile they look for:
- Know HACCP standards and hygiene rules.
- Know the nutritional needs of children.
- Know how to present and decorate dishes.
- Know the basics about food allergies.
- Be able to organise your time and work as a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
