Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BEP in cooking
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cooking techniques for collective catering.
- Knowledge of the HACCP method and self-checks.
- Driving a 3.5 tonne truck.
- Rigour, initiative and teamwork.
- B driving licence required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
