Civil servants asking for a transfer or secondment, and competition winners, can apply. A person without a competition can also be hired on contract, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 5 (Closes in 7 days)
Apply online on the employer's site, before 5 November 2026. You can also read the job description on the Region's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position vacant from 1 March 2027.
- Hiring without a competition is possible, by contract, if no civil servant applies.
