Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experience in a similar job is wanted.
The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Master cooking techniques used in group catering.
- Have basic knowledge of nutrition and diet.
- Know how to serve at table or in a self-service area.
- Meet production deadlines.
- Work well in a team and be punctual.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes in 2 days)
Apply online through the town's portal given in the offer. Applications sent in another way will not be processed.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
