Civil servants (by transfer or secondment) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. You do not need to have passed a competitive exam.

- Good knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP) and health protocols

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Hours from 7:30 to 18:30, with occasional meetings until 20:00
- Remote work is not possible
