Diploma: CAP required at minimum
Experience: Beginners accepted, first experience in collective catering is a plus
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of food products and hygiene
- First experience in collective catering
- Knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to plan menus
- Good team player, comfortable with computers
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
