Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired at this entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Ability to apply food and cooking hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of how to store and handle food products.
- Ability to meet deadlines for preparing meals.
- Ability to keep rooms and equipment compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, outside school holidays.
- Hours between 6:00 and 19:00 according to the college schedule.
- The post is vacant from 1 January 2027.
