- Strictly follow hygiene rules, including the HACCP method
- Read and follow technical sheets
- Be rigorous, independent and organised
- Have a sense of public service and work well in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
