2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer on Choisir le Service Public. Fill in the single form of the Ministry of the Interior.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
- Weekend duty shifts and high availability.
- Trips outside the region possible, with a daily allowance for civil servants.
- Working time of 40h30 per week, with 29 RTT days. No remote work.
