- Solid training in traditional and collective catering.
- Strict respect of hygiene and safety rules, HACCP method.
- Ability to read technical sheets and prepare meals for specific needs.
- Sense of organisation, rigour and good teamwork skills.
- Sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
