Diploma: CAP cook or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- CAP cook or equivalent.
- Know cooking techniques, diet basics and modified food textures.
- Respect production deadlines and instructions, including diet rules.
- Know HACCP hygiene rules and cleaning products.
- Listen to older people and identify their needs and tastes.
- Work well in a team, with rigour, discretion and availability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
