Diploma: Level 3 (CAP/BEP) in food production, food processing or cooking.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment and methods.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, PMS and HACCP.
- Working knowledge of culinary techniques.
- Basic pastry knowledge.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling.
- Basic office software skills (Word, Excel).
2 Résumé and cover letter
