Open to permanent civil servants and contract workers. A competitive exam is not needed, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP cooking certificate
The profile they look for:
- Provide good service during meals
- Judge the quality of food products and portion sizes
- Apply the HACCP method
- Keep kitchen rooms and equipment clean
- Quick, flexible and a good team player
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
