- Culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Knowledge of storage, packing and assembly techniques.
- Knowledge of collective catering and its rules.
- Knowledge of energy saving measures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
