Diploma: CAP cooking, BEP cooking or vocational bac in catering (or higher diploma)
The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP cooking, BEP cooking or vocational bac in catering, or a higher diploma.
- Have strong skills in traditional and collective cooking.
- Know and follow strict hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Be rigorous, independent and a good team member.
- Know how to organise and lead a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
