Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP cuisine and/or BEP cuisine and/or bac pro restauration, or a higher diploma
The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP cuisine, BEP cuisine or bac pro restauration, or a higher diploma.
- Have solid training in traditional and collective cooking.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety rules (HACCP method).
- Be rigorous, autonomous and proactive.
- Have good interpersonal skills and work well in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
