Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.

Diploma: CAP cookery and/or BEP cookery and/or bac pro catering, or a higher diploma
The profile they look for:
- CAP cookery, BEP cookery or bac pro catering, or a higher diploma.
- Solid training in traditional and group catering cooking.
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Be able to read technical sheets and present dishes.
- Be rigorous, autonomous, organised and good with people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
