Experience: Confirmed experience in traditional and collective cooking
The profile they look for:
- Solid experience in traditional and collective cooking.
- Know and follow hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Master cooking and cleaning techniques.
- Read technical sheets and adapt menus to seasonal produce.
- Be rigorous, independent, organised and a good team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
