Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP (level 3) in plumbing, roofing or heating
Experience: At least one year in a similar job

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
