Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS and/or BAFD
Experience: Confirmed experience in youth work; management experience welcome.

- Team management experience in leisure centres welcome.
- Driving licence category B.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and quick reaction.
- Good people skills and team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
