Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A contract worker may be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Initial training as a social worker or specialised educator. Care pathway coordinator training is a plus.
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Initial training as a social worker (assistant de service social) or specialised educator.
- Skills in negotiation, mediation and handling tensions.
- Knowledge of schemes for people with disabilities.
- Good skills in Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening, discretion and neutrality.
- Driving licence (permis B).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Proposed contract of up to 3 years, renewable up to a maximum of 6 years.
