Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. Open grades are senior technical assistant (1st class), supervisor, senior supervisor, technician and senior technician (2nd class).

The profile they look for:
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and HACCP principles.
- Knowledge of stock and supply management.
- Ability to plan, organise and handle unexpected issues.
- Use of office software and the Escarcelle software.
- Rigour, autonomy, listening skills and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
