Diploma: Bac + 3 or equivalent, validated

- Good knowledge of youth, education, citizenship and prevention policies
- Knowledge of local authorities and of education and social partners
- Ability to build and run partnerships and networks of players
- Experience running cross-team projects
- Excellent writing and summary skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
