Civil servants in the rédacteur grades (rédacteur, rédacteur principal 2nd or 1st class) can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+3 to Bac+4 or Master 2
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of public health policies
- Good knowledge of local health and social-care players
- Ability to bring partners together around a shared project
- Ability to lead meetings
- Design and management of local projects
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply through the employer's recruitment platform, or by email to the recruitment team, asking for an acknowledgment of receipt.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
