Civil servants in the grades Rédacteur, Rédacteur principal de 2ème classe or de 1ère classe can apply. Contract agents can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of RSA rules and social legislation.
- Good skills in office software and administrative procedures.
- Good writing skills, with analysis and summary skills.
- Skills in conducting interviews.
- Rigorous, discreet and ethical.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
