Civil servants and contract agents can apply. Civil servants must attach a mobility form with a compulsory opinion from their manager.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 61 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the link in the offer on Choisir le Service Public. Send the documents requested.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
