Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the attaché and ingénieur grades of the territorial civil service. A contract agent can be hired only if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Experience: At least 3 years in organisation consulting.
The profile they look for:
- At least 3 years of experience in organisation consulting.
- Knowledge of change management and group support.
- Strong abstract thinking to model and redesign business processes.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service status (a plus).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
