  • Analyse and formalise the needs of users in the institutions.
  • Write specifications and general and detailed design documents.
  • Lead design workshops with the institutions.
  • Define test plans and catalogues, then organise acceptance testing.
  • Follow the provider's work and check the quality of deliverables.
  • Provide level 2 support and product maintenance.
