Contract: Civil servants and contract staff. Fixed-term contract (CDDU) of 2 years maximum, extendable by 2 years under conditions.

What you would do

Lead the strategic management of the PRODOC programme with the programme director.
Coordinate activities, prepare annual work plans and supervise day-to-day delivery.
Make sure deadlines, budgets and expected results are met.
Set up monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and define performance indicators.
Provide technical support to national partner institutions on gender equality policies.
Support bilateral France-Brazil cooperation on feminist diplomacy, working with the embassy.
