Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, for junior technical grades in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of waste management (in-house training possible)
- Taste for dialogue and animation
- Conflict management

- Good computer skills
- Sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Mainly based in Château-Chinon, with travel across the whole territory.
- Driving licence (permis B) and own vehicle are required.
- 35 hours per week, averaged over the year depending on service needs.
- Occasional evening or weekend work.
