Category A civil servants and contract agents can apply. The job is open under article L332-2.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Taking part in very high-level competitions as a coach or athlete (Euro, World Championship, Olympics).
The profile they look for:
- English at level B2-C1.
- Good knowledge of high-level training methods.
- Knowledge of how a federation and a ministry work.
- Ability to work in a staff team and in a network.
- Very good interpersonal skills and good listening.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- A professional sports educator card is required, applied for through the EME application.
- Irregular hours, availability at short notice and many trips in France and abroad.
- An interview is held with pre-selected candidates.
