1 Check the conditions You are here
Open to civil servants, contract agents and medical advisers. A pharmacist inspector of public health (PHISP) profile is preferred. For non-civil servants, the ICARS certification is mandatory.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Pharmacy diploma
The profile they look for:
- Hold a pharmacy diploma.
- Know how the health system and hospital services are organised.
- Analyse complex files and make reasoned proposals.
- Write summary notes and decision-support tools.
- Explain technical topics to a wide range of people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply on the employer’s website, ARS Occitanie. External candidates create an online candidate account, and internal staff apply through their SOLARHS space.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
