Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the post is open to an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know the rules on digital uses.
- Master the digital tools to teach to users.
- Be able to lead a group and teach clearly.
- Help people become independent in their online procedures.
- Work well in a team, with discretion and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer. Send your cover letter and CV to the president of the communauté de communes.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Post vacant from 1 September 2026.
- Driving licence B required.
- Category C, animation assistant or animator grades.
