Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied. No competitive exam is needed, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Enjoy contact with the public and stay calm and polite.
- Be rigorous and follow procedures carefully.
- Be comfortable with numbers and office software (Word, Excel).
- Be comfortable handling valuable items and cash.
- Respect confidentiality and professional secrecy.
- Some accounting knowledge is appreciated.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job over 4.5 days, with fixed working hours.
- 17 days of RTT (reduced working time) and 22.5 days of paid annual leave.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
